  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.

4. Shipping & Delivery:

  • We ship across India and selected international destinations.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to location, customs (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the courier.
  • Shipping charges (On AarvyCollections.com eCommerce Portal) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

  • We offer returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused products with original tags and packaging intact (subject to our Return Policy).
  • Beauty and personal care products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless defective.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we (AarvyCollections.com eCommerce Portal) receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment. But 5% payment gateway charges will be deducted.
  • Shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

6. Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, subject to processing status.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
