Refund and Returns Policy
At Aarvy Collections, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This refund policy explains the conditions under which refunds are processed for products purchased on AarvyCollections.com.
We are operated by M/s eOrdy, owned by partners Poonam Khot and Nitin Khot, and founded as a heartfelt ode to our Lead Founder, Poonam Nitin Khot. Every product – be it women’s apparel, beauty items, or lifestyle products – goes through strict quality checks before reaching your doorstep.
1. Eligibility for Refund:
You (Visitors or Customers) may request a refund only in the following situations:
- The product received (eCommerce Portal AarvyCollections.com) is defective, damaged, or not as described on the eCommerce website AarvyCollections.com.
- You (Visitors or Customers) received an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or product).
- The product (Purchased from AarvyCollections.com) has a manufacturing defect that was not visible at the time of delivery.
Note: We (AarvyCollections.com) do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size chosen by you, or if you (Visitors or Customers) simply do not like the product after trying it.
2. Return Window:
- You (Visitors or Customers) must initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- For beauty and personal care products, refunds/exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective or damaged due to shipping.
- Returns due to hygiene reasons are not accepted.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
The following items (Products) are not eligible for refund:
- Beauty products and cosmetics (unless defective or damaged).
- Lingerie, Innerwear & intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”.
- Items without original tags and packaging.
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
4. Refund Process:
Important Inform: You (Customers) need to share the name and image of the product via email at info@eordy.com or eordycom@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time you receive your product. We (AarvyCollections.com eCommerce Portal) will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.
- Provide your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once approved, ship the product back to our address (mentioned below) using a reliable courier. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7–10 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
IMP NOTE: Refunds will only be processed after successful inspection and confirmation that the returned product meets our eligibility criteria.
5. Partial Refunds:
- If only a part of your order is eligible for refund (e.g., one item out of multiple is defective), only that portion will be refunded.
- Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the entire order is returned due to our error.
6. Shipping & Handling Charges:
- Original shipping charges paid by you are non-refundable in most cases.
- If we made an error (wrong item or defective product), we will reimburse the return shipping cost upon providing valid proof of courier charges (limited to actual reasonable cost).
